The entire villa and pool are for exclusive rent only, you will not share your holiday with any other guests.

30% of the payment is due at the time of booking.

70% rest of payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

For booking within 30 days of arrival, 100% of payment is requested.

The villa is easy accessible from the airport, port and train station. We suggest to have your own vehicle to best enjoy the area. Rent a car or hire a car with private driver to live the Tuscan dream.

We have a collaboration with some of the best beach clubs in Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Enjoy elegance and comforts at the beach.

Yes the entire pool area is fenced and can be locked if needed.

The check-in is from 17:00

The check-out is untill 10:30

Yes, during your stay you can request to have cleaning service, private chef, shopping delivery and baby sitting. These services need to be requested in advance to be guaranteed. Please contact us to find out costs for these services.

Yes it is possible, however any event needs to have prior approval. Please contact us if you are interested in having an event at Villa Melangola.

Yes pets are allowed. We only ask a little extra of 150 € for final cleanings.
